Camping Zonnehoeve is located on a nature-inspired site of approximately 3 hectares and is open all
year round. Our mini campsite has about 50 very spacious (> 120 m2) camping pitches, of which 10
are seasonal pitches, each with its own power connection (6 amps). Thanks to the green central
verges, you can enjoy a lot of privacy.

Fantastic location
Oudenhoorn is located on Voorne-Putten. This is the first island under Rotterdam. Nearby are the
sea, beach and dunes between Rockanje and Oostvoorne, but also the historic fortified towns of
Brielle and Hellevoetsluis. You can also enjoy the peace and quiet in the Bernisse and Beningerslikken
nature reserves. There is plenty to do in the nearby area.
The entire area around the campsite has an extensive network of cycling and walking paths. And the
nearest beach is only 5 km away.
Spacious pitches with a green view
The 50 spacious camping pitches, each with their own power connection, are > 120 m2. The green
central hedges contribute to the experience of nature. Fruit and nut trees have been planted in these
verges. Almost all trees produce rich blossoms in April-May and bear fruit in June, July, August and
September
Modern and heated sanitary facilities
The campsite was equipped with new sanitary facilities in 2018, consisting of 5 showers, 4 toilets, 2
washing cabins and 6 sinks. At the moment everything is 100% heated by solar energy.
Child-friendly and Ecological
The fields have various play areas for children, there is a recreation room and several play facilities.
Because the campsite is managed ecologically, there is a rich flora and fauna. This gives guests a real
nature experience.
Green Campsite
In an attempt to live consciously with more sustainability and better treatment of the environment,
the showers at Zonnehoeve campsite are 100% heated by the sun. The 52 solar panels and 1,000 liter
solar boiler ensure a sustainable stay without sacrificing convenience. We do everything we can to
work as green as possible.
